These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unyfi, a business management platform operated by Sterango. By accessing or using Unyfi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account and using Unyfi, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.
Unyfi is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides customizable CRM and business management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Unyfi. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Unyfi offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Your use of Unyfi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Unyfi offers optional integration with Google Calendar. By connecting your Google Calendar account:
When you use third-party integrations, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
When using integrations like Google Calendar, data is synchronized automatically. You are responsible for ensuring that synced data complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You may disconnect integrations at any time, but previously synced data may remain in the third-party service until manually deleted.
Unyfi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sterango and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Unyfi. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Unyfi. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the service.
Unyfi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sterango and Unyfi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sterango, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Unyfi or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Unyfi after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
